One day Ryan Gallivan and Mark Kalynchuk went out for brunch. A wild idea was thrown out there to open a butchery shop. Almost a year later, Porc Salé opened its door. Hours of work and planning had finally paid off.
Porc Salé is an artisan Charcuterie and butchery shop on Whyte Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta. Our focus is on locally sourced animals from trusted farms and featuring local products and food to showcase to the public. We produce our own charcuterie, from whole muscles to salamis to terrines and patés, and dry aged steaks.
